Trendpac joins ManufactHER Cohort 2

TrendPac has been manufacturing cleaning products for major supermarkets on the Central Coast for 24 years. As a family-owned business with 60 years of history behind them, they know what it means to build something for the long term.

So when ManufactHER came along, Head of People and Culture Mitchell Kem didn’t need much convincing.

“It was easy to say yes,” he said. “It aligns with how we look at people and growth within the manufacturing space.”

For Mitchell, joining Cohort 2 is about more than filling roles. It’s about growing TrendPac’s presence in the community and connecting with talent they might not have reached otherwise.

“Manufacturing has a lot of great opportunities but not everybody sees them,” he said. “ManufactHER seems like an amazing way to open doors to new talent.”

His message to other manufacturers sitting on the fence? Get involved.

“It’s a great way to broaden the talent pool, and strengthen the knowledge and skill set within businesses.”
