On Tuesday 4 April the Central Coast Career Pathways Expo was held at Avondale University, giving thousands of Central Coast High School Students the opportunity to explore the different pathways after high school to reach their dream career!

Central Coast Group Training worked with Avondale University to bring this event to life, including an army of Student Helpers who assisted with setting up, packing down, and welcoming and directing students and teachers.

We were honored to have Liesl Tesch AM join us for the opening ceremony and inspire students to be brave, ask questions, and open their minds to the variety of opportunities that are open to them. We would also like to thank Sunnefa Hamar Penning (University of Newcastle) and Dr Darren Morton (Avondale University) for being part of our opening, and to Chris Thew from Barabarang for providing an acknowledgment to country.

This year we trialed an online guide for students, giving them access to close to 100 exhibitors direct to their phones. This means that the students have the direct links to each exhibitor to continue to learn more, share information and have discussions with family long after the Expo is complete.
