TWO DAYS – ONE INTERVIEW – SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES!

Central Coast Group Training is excited to announce the launch of their Recruitment Festival – an opportunity for anyone looking for an apprenticeship or traineeship to meet with our recruitment team, interview for existing positions or let us help you find the job you want!

Running from 9am – 4pm on Thursday 10 & Friday 11 November, it’s the perfect for school-leavers who are looking to take the next step. Simply register your interest here, and one of our staff members will be in touch to lock in your interview day and time. Then all you need to do is show up at your allocated time with your resume! Not sure if you can commit? No worries – we’ll be accepting walk-ins on the day (however priority will go to those who have booked ahead).

This will be held at Central Coast Group Training’s office located at 3 Bounty Close, Tuggerah.

FAQ:

Q: Do I have to know what kind of apprenticeship or traineeship I want?
A: Nope! If you’re not sure, we are happy to chat about your interests and skill sets and what may be a suitable career path for you.

Q: What should I wear?
A: While this is different to your normal job interview, we still recommend dressing to impress – clean and tidy clothes, with enclosed shoes.

Q: What do I bring with me?
A: Bring along your resume and your drivers license (or valid proof of ID if you don’t have one). If you have completed any previous qualifications, you can bring along copies of your transcripts or certificates.

Q: I am still at school – can I still attend?
A: Sure thing – there are opportunities for School Based Apprenticeships.

Q: How long will I be there for?
A: We are allocating 30 minutes to each candidate – so register now so you don’t miss out on a spot!

Q: What exactly happens during my session?
A: You’ll be interviewed by our recruitment team, and asked questions on what field you’re interested and why you think you’d be a great candidate. If you’re unsure on the field, our recruitment team can talk to you about what options there are and help you decide on where you may like to end up. You’ll need to complete some paperwork too, just so we can learn more about you and the skills you could bring to a host employer.
