Here at CCGT, we have been working on a number of new and improved ways to be able to continue to deliver our services and provide ongoing support to local businesses and our apprentices and trainees during this time.
RECRUITMENT SERVICES:
Regardless of whether you are potentially looking to onboard a new team member as an apprentice/trainee or otherwise OR even if you’d just like to find out more about CCGT’s services we are still able to hold our FREE ‘Employer Discovery Sessions’ to discuss the best option for your business via either video conferencing or over the phone – depending on what suits best!
We are still able to advertise and conduct interviews etc. to be able to find the best candidate for the position and still have the ability to induct and sign up new apprentices and trainees via our online induction system.
Even if you, as a business owner have a candidate in mind that you would like to look at starting their apprenticeship or traineeship through CCGT – we are able to organise for this to happen!
JOB-SEEKERS:
We are still continuing to recruit as normal using online platforms to be able to conduct interviews etc.
Although we may not have any positions available right now, that doesn’t mean that some won’t come up in the near future! Please be sure to still register for our job alerts to keep up to date on anything that you might wish to pursue!
WHAT’S NXT? SESSIONS:
Not sure what direction you want to take? Maybe you are a parent or Guardian who is searching for somewhere that is able to help when it comes providing support and guidance towards your child being able to design a future they’ll love?
At CCGT, we are still able to deliver our What’s NXT? Youth sessions in an online format! These sessions assist with regards to job preparation and act as an inspirational tool to point you in the direction of a career that you will enjoy, whilst also scoping out what makes you tick and how to set realistic expectations and goals.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS you are most certainly welcome to attend these sessions along with your child to gather all of the same information so that you are across everything there is to know about preparing for a job or career.
These sessions can run for up to three hours and are extensive to make sure we cover it ALL!
CCGT APPRENTICES & TRAINEES:
We are here, just as much as ever to provide ongoing support to you during this time. We know and understand that things are changing and evolving everyday and your Field Officers are on-hand ready to answer any questions you may have or to provide advice and/or further you on to additional support measures if you need them.
You may receive communications via text or email to update you on any information we think is relevant to you and your Performance Assessments will carry on as normal via video conferencing or phone.
CCGT HOST EMPLOYERS:
Firstly, thank you for your ongoing support of CCGT during this interesting time!
We have been working with many of you to ensure that you are as up to date as possible when it comes to any information being released from the Government surrounding support for apprentices and trainees and are also here to provide any additional support or advice you may require.
Further information as it is released will be communicated to you either via your Field Officer or through email.
We understand that things may look different for you currently and that 2020 plans may have all had to change, and we will do whatever we can to be able to continue to work with you and to deliver the same level of service we always have!
EVERYTHING ELSE:
You may have seen our recent videos on social media covering off that we are still able to deliver our same services and operate business as normal – keep an eye out for these or even scroll through our website pages to be able to watch a short video on what we are able to do for you!
If you haven’t already – please be sure to follow us on both facebook and instagram to be able to stay up to date on all things CCGT (including meeting our newest members (pets) of our team that we’ve now gained after working from home! Who doesn’t love images of smiley dogs and other animals appearing on their newsfeed?!).
We really appreciate the turbulent times some businesses and individuals may be experiencing and we are here to help in any way we can! As a business, we are continuing to mould to the new ‘normal’ and as a team are working together to provide the best outcome/s for local businesses, job seekers and our apprentices and trainees.
