Kate is a mature and motivated worker who is looking to begin her career in the construction industry. Having completed the CCGT’s ‘Building Lady Tradies’ program she has already obtained several competencies towards her studies, and gained valuable hands on experience during the program, as well as her work placement which was done with one of the leading construction companies on the Central Coast. Kate is available for an immediate start.

Tash is another one of our ‘Building Lady Tradies’ program participants who is looking for a start in the construction industry. Tash completed her work experience with one of our current Host Employers, who described her as a keen and reliable worker, who is focused and a team player – but also capable of working on her own. Tash is available for an immediate start.
Tash currently holds her Learners License.
Information Technology – Lauren H
Education, Qualifications & Certificates:
- Certificate III in Information Technology – completed during school
- Has enrolled in a Certificate IV in Information Technology, however would be happy to re-enrol to complete it as a traineeship

Lauren describes her greatest achievement as re-building a computer on her own in her spare time. She enjoys assisting people with Information Technology issues, and our recruitment team has described her as confident, positive and motivated.
Coming from a family who has been in IT, she has grown up around technology and is looking to make this her career.

Rhianna has most recently completed a short ‘Connecting Women to Trade’ course through CCGT and Construction Trade Qualifications and throughout her time, always performed at a high standard. From there, Rhianna enrolled in a Certificate II in Construction with Construction Trade Qualifications as her interest in the industry after having completed the short-course only increased and she is now keen to start as a full-time apprentice.
Rhianna has a previous working history in Disability Support and most recently in a position where she is competing light mechanical related tasks on e-vehicles.
She has displayed qualities such as being committed, hard-working and is always punctual and reliable. She is hoping to find a host employer who is willing to ‘give her a go’, in order to apply everything she has learnt so far and to allow her to continue to further her skills.

Lachlan is a motivated individual who is keen on getting into a Carpentry apprenticeship. He has described himself as a dedicated hard worker with a lot of discipline, he’s excited to start learning the ins and outs of the carpentry industry.
Lachlan’s reference has described him as an amazing worker, who goes above & beyond every day to help! She doesn’t want to lose him as an employee but appreciates that he has a strong motivation to complete his Carpentry apprenticeship in which she says he will excel in.
Plumbing – Rhys T.
Rhys is currently looking for an apprenticeship in Plumbing to start his career in the new year.

Carpentry – Jesse R.
Jesse has completed Year 10 and is looking for an appenticeship in Carpentry. He currently holds a Learners License and is looking to obtain his Provisional License in June 2023.

Jesse is fit, a quick learner and very committed. Not afraid of hard work and just wants the opportunity to prove himself.
Jesse has worked in Hospitality since 2020. His manager speaks highly of Jesse, and describes him as punctual, hard-working very reliable and generally a great young man. He cleans the dishes; cleaning tables really will do whatever the teams need very adaptable. Very polite and well-presented young man.
Jesse also provided a written reference from a construction company – when he did work experience and this highlights that he displayed traits like forward thinking, being highly motivated, and being professional.
Heavy Vehicle – Connor Mc
Connor is currently looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanical apprenticeship and is ready to start now.

Connor is passionate about 4-wheel driving and cars, he is a self-confessed rev head who’s dream job is to become a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic. He describes himself as a flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated individual who loves working on his 4WD and engines.
Connor’s reference described him as a reliable, punctual person that gave everything a go and an all-round great guy. He can see him in a mechanical role as he is obsessed with his 4WD’s, and cars and it would suit him and his interests.

Hamish is currently looking for a traineeship in Information Technology to start his career in the new year.

Hamish is a motivated, artistic and tech savvy individual who has keen interest in cyber security, networking, and photography. He is keen to start a traineeship in in 2023 to kick start his career in the Information Technology Industry.
His reference described Hamish as reliable, always willing to help his teammates and a very motivated person who is willing to take on any task that is given to him. The reference agrees that Hamish would be extremely suited to an IT role and would happily recommend him to anyone.
