Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Everyone needs a little extra help at times. As exciting as it is to embark on a new career, it is also a huge commitment. Here at CCGT, we understand the importance of keeping your well-being and state of mind in check.

All our Field Officers are extensively trained and play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding you throughout your career journey.

From time to time, you may need some additional support. We recognise that every person is different and so, we have introduced our new Care Plans. These incorporate a variety of additional, free support programs & services tailored specifically to your needs, to help support you through the more challenging times.

By providing immediate access to external Health Professionals such as Psychologists & Counselling Services, Consultation Programs andRehabilitation Providers, CCGT is there every step of the way to support you back to good health.
